United Way: The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Burlington is privileged to belong to one United Way agencies throughout the area we serve.

Did you know that most United Way Agencies allow either Donor's Choice or Designated Donations? You can designate the Burlington RMHC to receive your gift to the United Way.

Now, state and federal employees are also included in the nationwide campaigns through the United Way which has contracts to handle the State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) Combined Federal Campaigns (CFC) for federal employees. These employees can now also designate the agency of their choice as recipient of their contributions.

Because the Burlington RMHC only does local fundraising, this is a perfect opportunity for those outside our immediate area to donate to the work of the RMH. The Burlington RMHC serves approximately 450 families a year. If you have not been a guest here, most probably you know someone who has, someone who relied on the lodging, food and staff support during a stressful time. Your donation through the United Way will go a long way in helping us serve families with seriously ill members.

Campaigns start in mid-September and end before Thanksgiving. We are members of the United Way of Franklin County, NY. Although we are not a member of the Chittenden County United Way, we appreciate any Donor Choice donations to the work of the Burlington RMHC.
